In August 2013, Oak Grove Realty LLC opened its doors on Philadelphia St in Indiana, PA. Kari DeStefano and her now-retired former partner began the company after working for 15 years in property management. Together they built the company from the ground up, pouring themselves into Oak Grove Realty LLC every day. Our personal commitment to providing quality service became the foundation for our business. We have since moved to 39 South 6th St and have expanded to a larger team that travels throughout Indiana County and Western PA, providing rental, commercial, and residential real estate services. Meet the Team
Kari DeStefano
Kari DeStefano is Oak Grove Realty’s Owner and Broker of Record. She is in charge of all of Oak Grove’s business administration, office operations, and financial account management. Her earlier career history in bookkeeping, billing, and office management has provided a strong and solid foundation for managing and growing our business. She has over 25 years of experience in real estate and property management. Additionally, her experience co-founding a soccer region, as well as working as its commissioner, coach, and all-around volunteer for 12 years, provided great experience in administration. In addition, she was involved with Girl Scouts for many years. She has enjoyed helping to provide additional positive experiences for the people in her community.

Tami Lovejoy
Tammi Lovejoy is the Associate Broker of Oak Grove Realty. Tammi works with all aspects of customer service: communications, tours, and scheduling; daily dispatch of contractors for tenant maintenance requests, and administration of property repairs and improvements. Tammi handles tenant accounts and rent collection, banking procedures, as well as oversight and coordination of nearly every other task and procedure our office requires. Tammi brings to our team a prior 20 years of experience in property management. When not working in property management, Tammi was also very dedicated to her son and stepson’s extracurricular activities while they were growing up. She traveled all over Western PA to her son’s track meets as well as volunteered to work the concession stand at all her stepson’s football games from elementary school up through high school. She and her husband attended all sporting events (track, football, baseball, and basketball) that their children participated in not only to show support for them but also for their teammates. In her spare time, Tammi now enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, since her own children are grown, as well as traveling with her husband. Their favorite states to visit are Kentucky, Tennessee, and the Carolinas.

Heather strives to be open, transparent, and helpful through any transaction you need in real estate, big or small. In her free time, Heather likes to design and pattern her own clothes and costumes.

Jessica Stonebraker
Jessica Stonebraker is a Realtor with over 20 years of experience. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and has served as secretary on the Indiana Board of Realtors. Jessica volunteered a lot of her time to her oldest son Devin, working with the high school marching band and also volunteering to coach for four seasons for the Creekside Sparks and Flames Drill Team. Jessica is currently a member of Indiana BPW (Business of Professional Women) and the Twolick Valley Rod & Gun Club. Jessica has been a resident of Indiana County all of her life. Jessie and her husband Joe have raised their son Aiden in their hometown of Home (yes – an agent that sells homes lived in Home, PA!). She loves meeting new people and serving her “devoted” buyers and sellers! Being a good agent means working hard and being honest with your sellers or buyers.
